When Mark was in 8th  grade his family moved to the Antelope Valley From Sylmar, CA., an area about 1 hour south of the Antelope Valley.  So let’s just say he’s lived in the AV for a while, a long while and really knows the area.  He attended AVHS and some college at AVJC where he studied Real Estate.  Jumping forward a bit, he married a local QHHS grad and moved out of area for a few years. Mark attended additional real estate classes at Chaffee College in Rancho Cucamonga, where he received “A”s in all of his Real Estate courses and earned his Certificate in Real Estate. A few years later he and his family, now including a little girl and boy, moved back to Lancaster. He started selling real estate full time in 1995.  That was a tough market with most sellers were upside-down (lots of short sales) or the seller was HUD. HUD homes dominated the landscape and when not working with those he learned short sales in & out. Within a few years his production levels placed him in the top 20% of all Realtors across the country.  Year after his his sales have placed him in the top 10% nationally and now, fast forward to 2013/2014 where Mark and his team were involved in more than 140 transactions and placing them at #2 in the region for Keller Williams Realty for 2013.

Mark is experienced in short sales, single family, trouble-shooting transactions, negotiations, multi-family investment opportunities and so much more.  Mark is also a member of the teaching & training team at Keller Williams Realty AV.

Mark is a CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Broker, and is an Associate Leadership Council with KW (ALC)
